Preconditioned

We come into this world as spiritual beings full of light and love.

Then we are preconditioned.

To love, honour, cherish and obey.

We lose ourselves by trying to please others.

Wanting so much to be loved by our mothers, we adapt to fit their needs.

Years later, as adults, we realise that we have also inherited their beliefs.

No longer true to anyone but the image that we have created.

Preconditioned, separated from our true essence.

We must then begin the task of trying to break free.
