Excavate

Remove your bones from the wreckage.

You have fractures, yes, but you are brave.

Love.

Healing takes time.

Breathe.

You are alive.

Shine.

You are light.

Excavate.

Keep digging

until you find yourself again.

Free,

no longer in pain.
