Between Lines and Verses

Between lines and verses, a story lives.

A life story without fabrication,

a narration of trauma and loss.

Crumpled paper without gloss, a letter, a poem or perhaps a book.

Peel back the layers.

What do you see?

Her words are not hard to read.

They are not in braille for only the blind to decipher.

They are her pain.

She writes not for want of attention.

With grace, she only hopes her words resonate with someone to bring resolution or satisfaction.
