Toxic

We are all toxic to ourselves or each other.
We all have traits that we hope no one discovers.
Yet we may look in the mirror and like what we see, or not, as the case may be.
One man’s meat is another’s poison.
Only you can choose which option to take.
Inject it, drink it, or don’t play the game.
We insist on blaming others, but as children, we inherit much from our fathers or mothers.
And, as adults, the inner child will then cry out in pain.
Toxicity runs in bloodlines until the cycle breaks.
